The family of Blazej Kotelko (old version)

All I know about my family is that it origins from a town Horodenka (previously in Poland and now in Ukraine).
My grandfather, Mikolaj Kotelko (Nikolai Kotelko - I am not sure about the spelling) lived with his parents in Horodenka in a large house on a hill. The family was quite rich, as far as I know.

My grandfather was killed during the war in 1944, a few months after (or before - I have heard two versions) my father (Jerzy Kotelko) was born.

I only know about one Mikolaj's brother - he was called Michail Kotelko. Probably there were more brothers and sisters, but I don't know anything about them.

I am sure that in1899 two people, Michail and Anna Kotelko left Horodenka for Saskatchewan, Canada where they started a new life as farmers.

Apart from them Dymytro and Warwara (Barbara) Kotelko left Horodenka in 1911. They also settled down in Saskatchewan.

Maybe, apart from them, some other Kotelkos emigrated to Canada - I don't know. The sure thing is that there is a lot of Kotelkos in Canada right now. I have found some of them:

Millie Kotelko, Toronto, Ontario
Zenon Kotelko, president of Thermax International Corp., Calgary, Alberta
Jack Kotelko, founder of Highland Feeders Limited, Vegreville, Alberta
Bernard and Michael Kotelko, owners of Highland Feeders Limited
Peter Kotelko
Perry Kotelko
Bill (William, Wasyl) Kotelko, Warren, Manitoba (Perry's father)
Neil Kotelko (Perry's brother)
Fred Kotelko, Warren, Manitoba (Perry's father's cousin)
O. Kotelko (no response)
